This song on the Breakthrough CD by Mary J Blige is what I'm hearing in my head this morning. "Boy I can't do this alone, it's not all about you." She can't work out what's wrong in the relationship without the contribution of her partner.

The song is apropos this morning as I sit wondering and thinking about the week ahead, all the stuff to do, the appointments to make and of course the daily grind of the JOB. I know I can't do it all on my own. I can't do it without my God. 

Can you do it alone? If you can't, call on your spiritual self, that higher power within you to make it through.
